GROUND - Flow

This is where strength begins. Ground flow focuses on functional movement, core stability, and controlled strength building. Expect intentional pacing, breath awareness, and deep connection to your physical foundation with minimal equipment. Includes influences from Pilates, Yoga and functional movement.

GROUND - Work

A strength-forward class blending resistance training, endurance, and sculpting intervals. Build muscle, improve bone density, and develop real, lasting strength in a supportive, empowering environment.

This incorporates the low impact of ground flow with intentional weighted exercises for more endurance based lifting.

IGNITE

A high-intensity interval training class designed to elevate your heart rate, build strength, and unlock explosive power. Through timed intervals of effort and recovery, Ignite HIIT challenges your body while sharpening your mental resilience. Expect dynamic movements, intentional coaching, and the kind of sweat that reminds you what you’re capable of.
