Audri Marie Saylors

Founder | Visionary

Audri Marie Roybal-Saylors, PA-C, is the Founder and Visionary behind Altar. A Physician Assistant, Master Trainer, and healer, her work is rooted in the belief that true wellness lives at the intersection of science, strength, and soul.

With a clinical background in medicine and years of experience in human performance, Audri brings a rare depth of understanding to the body — honoring both its physiology and its energetic intelligence. Her approach integrates evidence-based training, nervous system regulation, and intentional movement to create transformation that is not only physical, but lasting and deeply embodied.

Audri created Altar as a response to what she saw missing in traditional fitness and healthcare spaces — environments that treated the body as something to fix, rather than something to listen to. Altar was built to be different. A place where strength is cultivated with reverence. Where healing and performance coexist. Where people are supported as whole beings.

Her leadership is defined by presence, precision, and devotion to the people she serves. Through Altar, Audri’s mission is to help others remember their capacity — to become stronger, more grounded, and more fully themselves.

Keith Saylors

Operating officer | Co-Owner

Keith Allen Saylors Jr. is a Co-Founder of Altar and a retired United States Air Force service member whose leadership is rooted in discipline, service, and unwavering commitment to others. His military career shaped not only his strength, but his understanding of resilience, adaptability, and the deep connection between physical readiness and mental well-being.

Through years of service, Keith experienced firsthand how movement becomes more than training — it becomes a lifeline. A way to regulate the nervous system, maintain clarity under pressure, and sustain both body and spirit through demanding seasons.

At Altar, Keith carries this mission forward with a special devotion to serving military members, veterans, and those who have lived lives in service to others. He believes movement is a pathway to reclaiming ownership of the body, restoring balance, and building strength that extends far beyond the physical.

His leadership helps anchor Altar in integrity, structure, and purpose. Where Audri serves as the visionary, Keith serves as the foundation — ensuring the space is built not only with intention, but with honor.

Together, their work reflects a shared belief: that strength is not just something we build, but something we carry — in service to ourselves, our families, and our community.
